Terms of Service — Ultimate Workout Tracker

1. Agreement

By installing or using Ultimate Workout Tracker ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not

agree, do not use the app.

The app is provided by Ahmed Yahya Mousa Emara, Berket El-Sabe, Monofya, Egypt ("we", "us").

2. What the app is

A workout tracking app with optional coaching analysis, a plan generator and cloud backup. It is

general fitness software, not medical advice and not a substitute for a qualified professional.

3. Free use and Premium

• Free: logging, workout history, progress charts, the exercise library, body measurements, the

equipment filter, local backup and export.

• Premium: plan generator, one-tap auto-progression, coaching analysis, body trends, cloud backup,

and — when available — exercise demonstrations.

• Trial: new installs may receive a free 7-day Premium trial. It requires no payment method and

ends automatically. We do not charge you when it ends; premium simply stops until you subscribe.

We may change what each tier includes, but we will not remove access to data you have already logged.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before

purchase, in your local currency where Google supports it.

• Monthly US$1.99 and annual US$14.99 (or the local equivalent) unless shown otherwise at

purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in the Google Play app →

Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

• The 7-day trial is offered on the monthly plan. If you do not cancel before it ends, you are charged

for the subscription. Where Google Play applies a trial to a paid plan, the terms shown in the Play

purchase sheet govern.

• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Restoring purchases on a new device may be limited by the device limit (currently two active devices

per subscription).

5. Your account

• An account is optional. Signing in uses Google.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• You may delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion removes your account, signed-in devices,

entitlement records and cloud backup. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel that in

Google Play separately.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except where the law permits;
• resell, sublicense or share access to your subscription;
• attempt to bypass the entitlement or device-limit systems;
• use the app in a way that breaks applicable law.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter (workouts, measurements, notes). You give us permission to

store and process it only as needed to provide the features you use — for example, to create and restore

your encrypted cloud backup. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Health and safety

Training involves risk. By using the app you accept that:

• you are responsible for exercising within your ability and for stopping when something hurts;
• estimates in the app (one-rep max, strength standards, calorie burn, healthy-waist guidance, progress

projections) are approximations derived from what you logged, not measurements;

• the app cannot know your medical history. Check with a qualified professional before starting, if you

have a condition or injury, or if you are pregnant.

9. Availability and changes

• The app works offline for its free features. Premium features that rely on the service need network

access and depend on third-party providers.

• We may update, change or discontinue features. We will not delete data you have logged without giving

you a way to export it first.

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted

by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for

loss arising from training decisions you make. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the

amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously

breached — for example, attempts to bypass entitlement systems or to abuse the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are a consumer, you keep the

protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
