Privacy Policy — Ultimate Workout Tracker

Applies to: the Ultimate Workout Tracker Android app (com.ultimateworkouttracker.app) and the

service that supports it.

The short version

• The app works without an account. Your workouts, measurements and settings stay on your phone

by default.

• An account is optional. It is only needed for cloud backup and for keeping your subscription tied to

a device you control.

• No advertising, no third-party tracking, no analytics SDKs in the app.
• We do not sell personal data.
• You can delete your account and your cloud data from inside the app.

What stays on your phone

Unless you sign in and enable cloud backup, the following never leaves your device:

• workout sessions, sets, weights, reps and notes
• body measurements (weight, body fat, circumferences) and progress photos if you add any
• your profile (name, height, body weight, gender reference, units)
• app settings, preferences and archived plans

This data is stored in the app's local storage on your device. Removing the app, or clearing its data,

removes it.

What the service stores when you sign in

Signing in is optional and is required only for a paid subscription and for cloud backup.

Google account identifier, email address, display name	to sign you in and to contact you about your account
Device identifiers and public keys for your signed-in devices	to enforce the device limit on a subscription and to issue offline licences
Subscription and purchase state (product, renewal, expiry)	to verify purchases with Google Play and to unlock Premium
Encrypted cloud backup (if enabled)	to restore your progress on another device

Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store card numbers.

Cloud backup

• Off by default. Enabled per account, at most once every 24 hours automatically, or manually from

Settings.

• Each backup replaces the previous one.
• Backups are encrypted at rest. The service can decrypt them for the sole purpose of restoring your

account, and access is logged.

• Backups contain your workout history and measurements. Treat them as sensitive.

What we do not do

• No advertising SDKs, no ad identifiers collected by us.
• No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• No selling, renting or trading of personal data.
• No reading of your data for purposes other than running the features you use.

Data sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure required to run the app:

• Google Play — purchase and subscription processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting for the service, database and encrypted backup storage.
• Google Sign-In — account authentication.

We disclose data if legally required, and only to the extent required.

Your choices and rights

• Use the app without an account. Premium features that require the service will be unavailable,

but logging, history, progress charts, measurements, the exercise library and local backup all work.

• Export your data. Settings → local backup creates a file you own.
• Delete your account. Settings → Delete account removes the account, signed-in devices, entitlement

records and the cloud backup. Cancelling a Google Play subscription is separate and must be done in

Google Play.

• Withdraw consent by deleting your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability,

objection). Contact us and we will honour them.

Health data

Body measurements and training data can reveal health information. We treat them as sensitive: they stay

on your device unless you enable cloud backup, and they are never used for advertising or profiling.

The app's guidance is general training information, not medical advice. See the in-app Health and

safety notice.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you

believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic to the service uses HTTPS. Cloud backups are encrypted at rest. Access tokens are short-lived

and stored on the device. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account is compromised,

contact us.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in

the app before the change takes effect.

Play Console notes (not part of the published policy)

• The account-deletion URL requirement can point at a page containing the "Your choices and rights"

section. It must be reachable without signing in and must name the app.

• Declare in the data-safety form: account info (email, name), health & fitness (measurements),

device or other IDs, and app activity if you count workout logs as such. All are optional to

the user, encrypted in transit, and deletable in-app.

• Do not declare advertising or analytics data — the app ships neither.
